I’m Miss Sam, an experienced Nursery Practitioner with over 13 years in Early Years education. As the Room Leader of Duckling Class and a graduate in Early Childhood Studies, I am passionate about nurturing young children’s development through creativity, music, and hands-on experiences like growing natural produce. I strongly believe in the power of play as a vital tool for learning.

Central to my practice is the importance of building secure attachments and working closely with families to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. I use song, storytelling, and play to encourage language and social development, and I enjoy bringing the natural world into the classroom—reflecting my own love of gardening and growing fresh produce at my allotment.
