How we communicate
with parents
We believe in strong partnerships between home and school and keep parents informed through:
- 📩 Weekly newsletters – With updates,reminders, and key dates.
- 📞 Parent consultations twice a year – Achance to discuss your child’s progress.
- 💻 Online portal – My Child At School (MCAS) –For attendance, updates, and communication.
Escalation Process
If you ever have a question or concern, we encourage open communication:
- Speak to Your Child’s Teacher –For day-to-day concerns.
- Contact the Early Years Phase Leader – If further support is needed.
- Speak to a Member of the Senior Leadership Team– If the issue hasn’t been resolved.
- Contact the Governing Body – For formal complaints.
We aim to reply to your emails within 24 hours (except on weekends).
