The Scoop Week 26th March 2024

Dear families,

Firstly, apologies for the confusion with last week’s Scoop. It was recorded and set to send as normal at 10:30am on the Tuesday but a problem with the payment subscription stopped it sending! Hopefully we are back to normal with this week’s edition.

I can’t quite believe that the Spring term is now at a close, where does the time go? But we are now entering the summer term which is one of my favourites, whilst it is furiously busy with so many fantastic celebratory events taking place, one cannot help but be swept away in the excitement. Highlights to look out for are: the year six production, The Proms, the summerfair, sports day, the readathon, the art exhibition, the bazaar and of course our Eid event.

Here are this week’s announcements:

Reports:

We had planned to get the spring term short report out this week but due to a glitch in our computing system we are not confident that they will all send. Our IT teams are working behind the scenes and we are confident that the issue will be resolved— the spring term reports will be sent out at the end of the first week back. It is likely that we will send each class’s report at a different time (as we believe that the scheduling is what caused issues at the end of the autumn term).
